Objectives of the Position     

安全、高质量地完成生产任务 

To achieve the production volume safely and qualified. 

Main Tasks

1. Apply EHS guidelines for safe operations. Report any EHS deviation to leader.

        

把EHS 方针应用到日常操作中，向主管汇报不符合EHS 行为。 

1. Realize regular inspection according leader's planning.

        

根据领班的安排，完成各种巡检。

1. Follow the defined production process to complete daily operation task.

        

按照定义的生产过程完成日常操作任务。 

1. Complete production tasks according to order recipes and process operation requirements.

        

根据订单配方和工艺操作要求完成生产任务。

1. Observe the abnormal situation in daily work, identify the problem or report to the supervisor.

        

观察日常工作中异常情况，确定问题或向主管汇报。 

1. Keep PPE and tools in the good condition, check and maintenance on time.

        

确保生产工具和个人安全设施完好，及时检查和维护。 

1. Keep production records and update shift handover records.

        

保留生产记录并更新轮班移交记录。 

1. Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time.

        

协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行。 

1. Cooperate and communicate with warehouse, QC lab, E&M and EHS personnel.

        

与仓库，实验室，维修及安全等部门联系及合作。   

1. Take the shift leader duties for the visitors in the plant.

        

其他：

我司工厂生产的是汽车涂料，提供上下班班车与工作餐，但不提供住宿。
