熟悉接口以及Web测试的流程及方法，熟悉JAVA、Python、Perl之间的一种或多种编程语言；熟悉主流测试框架和工具：如TestNG, Robot Framework，Selenium，JMeter等；熟悉数据库Oracle、MySql、MongoDB之间的一种或多种；具备良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力，具备良好的发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度，能高效达成目标
