招聘：senior Accountant

工作内容：

1) Accounts Payable-Check Payment Request against contract, invoice and other supporting documents to make sure they align with the policy, submit the payment request into online approval system and check accounting entry accuracy for SAP documents. Support monthly payment and make proper filing.

2) Fixed Assets-Process Fixed Assets additional, transfer, retirement. Assist in FA count and check the result against SAP record. Run monthly depreciation.

3) Tax-Familiar with VAT input/output policy and tax return process, and responsible for posting & documentation of VAT.

4) Employee reimbursement- On line checking and hard copy checking employee reimbursement against Global Expense Guidelines, communicate with employee for any evidence or additional approval may need to be provided or deduct any items which is not proper from employee’s expense report. Check the accuracy of account entry in SAP system and provide analysis data for management reporting.

要求：

1) Bachelor degree major in accounting/finance.

2) At least 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance

3) SAP experience is preferred

4) Experience in a Finance share service center is preferred.

5) Working experience in WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) or Join

Venture is

preferred

6) Strong on Excel skills is preferred, e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.

7) Good at English is preferred
