Main Responsibility Areas

    

-Co-work with company marketing team to land different marketing support to eCommerce, land brand campaign on eCommerce sites to make sure the best investment and return; co-work with product marketing team , plan and evaluate eCommerce-specific products development, and support team to push eCommerce product sales performance; co-work with digital marketing team, to work on various social media , to deliver the best brand penetration with well developed content, to drive traffic to eCommerce site, and to future O2O systems

    

-Support eCommerce team, inline with online promotion calendar, to organize promotion campaign material support, mechanism support 

    

-Master total eCommerce digital media budget, oversee the plan, investment and execution to deliver KPI/ ROI 

    

-Implement brand strategy in online platform and deliver the overall business objectives

    

-Manage eCommerce TP and monitor all the business operation process including new product launch, media investment, merchandising , content promotion, customer after service and logistic

Education

    

Bachelor or above from well-established universities

    

    

Needed Working Experience

    

-3- 5 years in eCommerce 

    

-1 years+ in traditional marketing team, including brand / product team

    

-3 years+ in online customer / TP management

    

-Prefer apparel industry candidate
