职责描述：

The purpose of the role is to provide the centralized management including business model clearance, rule setting, business engagement, operation, and service quality assurance etc. over all internet business and oversee the business development, policy issuance and customer service run by branch office, as responsible person for online business in the company running in high compliance environment, lead and conducts regular self-inspection execution upon CBIRC’s requirement to control the compliance risks.

？ Build and maintain an effective relationship with all key business and functional stakeholders that is based on trust, capability and integrity, provide timely, responsive and quality regulatory advice and guidance to enable the business and functions to meet/achieve their strategic tactical objectives.

？ Provide regulatory advice, analysis (and challenge when appropriate), report in relation to the full product life cycle

？ Establish and maintain effective processes (including training, advice and support) of internet business to ensure that policies, procedures, service and standards to address compliance risks are effectively implemented and adhered to in the country, ensure all related documents can be qualified and approved by company committee and regulator

？ Oversee Internet business initiatives on day to day basis with support from Legal, IT, CCD department etc. and provide risk assessment and analysis from Internet insurance perspective and ensure the business model and IT solution comply with corporate and regulatory rules.

？ Timely and accurately deliver the regulatory report. Be the liaison between business units within corporate and regulatory authorities in areas where Internet insurance applies, by providing required reports, implementing Internet insurance rules and managing new and existing Internet businesses.

？ Leverage IT and digital technology to facilitate business units to initiate innovative products and channels so as to accelerate Internet business growth.

？ Facilitate the development and creation of standardized processes and practices across the country organization structure to improve the efficiency and customer experience, as SME (Subject Matter Expert) from business unit to review/sign-off the system solution. Coordinate internal resource to launch the new product and process.

？ Provide reports to management interpreting the results in support of educating, communicating and making recommendations around identified implications to corporate and business unit management.

？ Keep abreast of latest IT security, regulatory and compliance trends to support, compare and contrast analysis across various risk models, pinpointing differences in impact across corporate and business units.

？ Ensure that corporate and regulatory system standards are met and that adequate controls and technical processes are in place.

？ Identify and perform deep dives on specific risks or initiatives as requested by corporate and business units

任职要求：

？ University graduate preferably with a degree in IT, Project Management

？ Experience in IT consulting, online business development and marketing. Foreign general insurance compliance experience is preferable.

？ Strong relationship management with a focus on sales compliance and customer experience requirements

？ Track record in project management in financial industry

？ Knowledge in handling Management Data and Information

？ Effective written and spoken communication skills in English

？ Previous background of working in a matrix organizational structure

？ Experience in partner integration and distribution, partner management, business development or marketing is preferable

？ Able to work with individuals at different levels and independently to co-ordinate submissions or initiatives for the team

？ With track record of managing business expectation in a collaborative and intensive business environment and handling conflicts with various business stakeholders

？ Able to assess and differentiate Internet business models from traditional business models in complicated partnerships.

？ Able to provide guidance to frontline sales force in identifying and finalizing Internet business and operation model in a compliant manner

？ Knowledge in handling Digital Transformation, Insurtech , and Big Data
