病理科初级技术员招聘要求

岗位描述

1、负责病理科对外接待患者及院内科室部门间协调工作，包括

（1） 接待分子或免疫组化检测项目申请；

（2） 接待院内和院外患者病理会诊；

（3） 协调国际远程病理会诊；

（4） 对至病理科申请检查的患者进行借片申请单须知宣教，并对患者借阅的检测所需材料进行核验校对；

（5） 与外部检测机构有效沟通，进行分子或免疫组化检测报告的追踪，确保报告时效性；

（6） 负责院内及院外病理报告的查询需求；

（7） 病理手术标本、活检标本及细胞学标本的核对签收;

（8） 需按患者需求实行弹性工作时间。

2、通过学习培训，能进行常规组织脱水、包埋、切片、HE染色和免疫组化染色操作。

3、协助病理科日常规章制度、操作SOP及病理实验室质量管理体系文案书写整理。

任职要求

知识技术能力要求：

1、熟悉病理科工作流程及相关操作技术；

2、沟通能力佳，能运用英语进行日常工作沟通交流；

3、服从管理，责任心强，学习能力强。

学历资质要求：

1、专科以上学历，一年以上三甲医院工作经验；

2、医学病理检验相关专业，初级技士以上职称；

Job Description For Junior Technician

of Pathology Department

SUMMARY:

1. To be responsible for the external reception of the Department of Pathology, including:

(1) Application for Molecular or Immunohistochemical Testing Projects,

(2) Pathological consultation of in-hospital and out-of-hospital patients,

(3) Coordination of international telepathological consultation,

(4) To educate the patients who apply for examination in pathology department, and check the materials needed for immunohistochemistry or gene test borrowed by patients,

(5) Effective communication with external vendors, and tracking testing KPI/TAT,

(6) Responsible for inquiry requirements of in-hospital and out-of-hospital pathological reports，

(7) Check and sign of biopsy, surgical and cytological specimens,

(8) Accepting flexible working hours as needed.

2. Through learning and training, routine tissue dehydration, embedding, section, HE staining and immunohistochemical staining can be performed.

3. Assist in daily rules and regulations, operation SOP and writing of quality management system in pathology laboratory.

KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

1. Familiar with pathological work flow and related operation technology.

2. Good and effective communication skills, and be able to communicate in English in daily work.

3. Subordinate to management, strong sense of responsibility, and good learning ability.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

1. College degree or above and minimum one year of working experience in Third-Class hospital.

2. Medical Pathology and Laboratory Related Specialty, and junior technician or above.
