Requirements

1. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Must demonstrate proficiency in Altium PCB design software (Pro E and AutoCAD a plus).

3. Must have minimum of 5000 hours of Altium and/or 2 1/2 years equivalent experience with similar pcb design software.

4. A basic knowledge PCB design for high speed signal transmission and IPC standards for PCB design

5. Hold basic understanding of pcb manufacturing, plating and assembly processes and materials.

6. Demonstrated ability to create, develop and layout product design concepts through sketches and detailed drawings.

7. Demonstrated ability to perform design tolerance analysis and assure form, fit and function.

8. Demonstrated communication and interaction skills with customer, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing on a global level.

9. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple programs concurrently, pursue new programs, routine activities and follow through to completion with minimal supervision.

10. Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in formal and informal cross-functional teams on a global and regional basis.
