Key Responsibilities: 

? Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders

? Handling the delivery shortage claim

? Process defective return orders for all customers, make sure all the customers return can be process in a timely manner

? Process take back return orders for all customers, make sure customers’ take back can be processed timely and correctly. 

? Process order transfer for all customers, make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date

? Adjust customers sales order according to addendum, make sure the order book updated timely and correctly

? Place manual orders, make sure all the orders input in system timely and correctly

? Stock movement process

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

? Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access

? Fluency in both oral and written English

? Outstanding communication skills
