Immediate Supervisor : Motor PM supervisor电机部设备主管
1. Objective
Responsible for electrical equipment maintain of motor production to ensure the
normal operation of the machine
2. Qualification
? Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical or electrical relevant.
? Good at universal motor production, skilled at relevant product structure and technological requirements
? Proficient in mechanical design and electrical maintenance
? Know well the lean production and equipment improve, proficient in tooling/fixture design
? Strong team leadership
? Good communication skill
? Good job responsibility and initiative
? Basic English
3. Responsibilities
? Establish equipment tooling/fixture table of contents, to ensure that equipment/tooling/fixture is always in a good state controlled.
? Make the equipment maintenance procedures, clear at all levels to the specific requirements of the maintenance requirements, to ensure that equipment maintenance work of the systematic, clarity and operability.
? Monitor equipment maintenance in the implementation of production line, ensure the normal maintenance work.
? Know well the equipment production in principle and structural, accurate and timely help line maintenance fault and equipment to ensure production run smoothly.
? Equipment repair and maintenance condition, give proposal of spare parts purchasing, reduce spare parts inventory.
? Lead team to improve equipment.
? Work with other team in new product process design, equipment development, and line tooling/fixture design.
? Participate in new acceptance of the equipment, ensure the benign of best online equipment.
? According to the technical requirement, make the technical information.
? Production line continuously optimize and automation reconstruction, and drive down the cost of projects.
? Optimization workstations to improve the process ability, improve the work efficiency of the workers.
? Application of the concept of lean production, design and optimization of line and manufacturing process.

2. 任职资格/技术水平要求
? 机电或电气相关专业，大学本科学历或大专学历具有丰富的相关实践经验。至少五年串激电机工作经验。
? 了解串激电机生产的基本情况，掌握相关的产品结构及工艺要求。具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力和良好的沟通协调能力。
? 精通机械设计和电气维修。
? 了解精益生产,能对设备进行改善,精通工装夹具的设计。
? 较强的团队领导力。
? 具有良好的沟通协调能力。
? 良好的工作责任心和主动精神。
? 基本的英语沟通。
3. 工作职责
? 建立设备/工装夹具台帐，保证设备/工装夹具始终处于受控良好状态。
? 制定设备维护的相关程序，明确各级维护的具体要求要求，确保设备维护工作的系统性，明确性及可操作性。
? 监督设备维护在生产线的执行情况，保证维护工作的正常进行。
? 了解生产用设备的原理及构造，准确及时的帮助生产线维修故障设备，保证生产的顺利进行。
? 根据设备维修及维护情况，提出备件采购建议,在不影响生产的前提下,降低备件库存。
? 带领团队进行设备的改善提高,完成部门各项指标。
? 和其他团队一起进行新产品的工艺设计,设备开发,线体工装夹具设计等。
? 参与新设备的验收工作，保证上线设备的优良性。
? 根据工艺的要求，制定设备的技术说明。
? 利用现有的资源对生产线持续优化和自动化改造，并驱动成本下降项目。
? 优化工作站来改进工序能力，提高工人的劳动效率。
? 应用精益生产的理念，设计和优化生产线和制造工艺。
