【What You Will Do:】
?Leads Material monthly forecast process
?Manage Ops Super File material data
?GSI forecasting, EPM – expert in this from a supply chain finance activities
?Works closely with procurement team on forecast/budget assumptions and forecast/budget outputs
?Analyze and investigate root causes behind procurement variances against budget/forecast
?Perform test of reasonableness and audit savings reported
?Leads and coordinates the annual Material planning process and MYBR processes
?Communicates and explains impact to the business including periodic reviews and responses to questions and concerns from the business.
?Partner closely with the business to understand their key drivers and communication needs
?Partners with the Singapore Supply Chain finance team to ensure consistency in processes and reporting; also to leverage best practices.
?Works closely with global Supply Chain and Procurement Finance teams to support periodic and ad-hoc reporting requests
?Ensures proper allocation to each BU for sourcing activities, including savings, ppv, headwinds, etc.

职位要求：
?Bachelor’s degree or above, Accounting or Finance preferred
?5+ years of experience in costing and business analysis
?Familiar with SAP
?Strong Microsoft Office skills
?Fluent in English and Mandarin
?Strong communication and inter-personal skills
?Ability to work cross-functionally
?Ability to facilitate change
?Self-motivated
