JOB PROFILE

· Develop and implement an organization-wide customer service strategy that enhances the relationships the organization has with its clients and customers.

Report to GM, you will be responsible for:

Subordinates: Total 130 -150
Direct Report: Spare parts Manager, Call centre Manager, Service Net work Manager, export service team

· Lead, direct and control all customer service policies, procedures, and activities so that they meet the organization's overall business objectives and protect the organization's customer relations and public reputation. Activities may include: customer accounting, credit and collection, technical services, call center, wattenty or other information services.

· Oversee the customer service budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to priorities spending and resource allocation.

· Develop and implement systems, standards, targets and customer feedback mechanisms to monitor customer service performance and ensure that activities are efficient, consistent, reliable and high quality.

· Liaise with other senior executives across the organization(particularly in marketing and sales)to ensure that customer service strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with overall corporate objectives.

Background:

· University/ Bachelor degree holder

· At least10 years experience in managing a service operation with a proven track record of improving efficiency, building systems and managing staff.

· Ability to take responsibility for an operation, identify problems and create solution
