PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for daily processing of Trade related products both in foreign and local currencies

2. Responsible for daily local reporting of Trade related products as well as other regulatory reporting

3. To process daily RMB bills collection/discount/Transfer Discount, deal with the compliance check on business related material, and in charge of the systematic key in of related systems

4.To process daily credit card business, deal with the compliance check on business related material, and in charge of the systematic key in of related systems

5. To process daily financial trade business, deal with the compliance check on business related material, and in charge of the systematic key in of related systems

6. To process daily Guarantee & Factoring business, deal with the compliance check on business related material, and in charge of the systematic key in of related systems

7. Deal with local compliance check

8. Prepare internal & external reports

9. Familiar with the various trade operation businesses, and support relationship manager answering customers' related issues

10. Back up of other operation units, eg RMB & FcyCash Ops, AcctDox

11. Strictly abide by the principles of PBOC's and SAFE's regulations, complete declaration tasks in accordance with bank's internal policies & procedures.


REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS)

1. University degree;

2. Relative banking experience of 3 years or above, preferably with a foreign bank;

3. Self-motivated and capable to meet tight deadlines;

4. Good interpersonal communication skills;

5. Good in English both writing and reading;
