The Network Design Engineer Responsibility:
1. Technical development (engineering and designing) and maintenance of the network and design within the scope of the specific departments in the global DSM organization and in line with DSM business demands and DSM ICT strategy.
2.Evaluate, develop and implement new parts of the network and services.
3.Support the definition of technical DSM policies, baselines and guidelines.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor (HBO/HBO+) degree level in ICT
2.In-depth Knowledge, knowhow and experience in own discipline
3.Overview on technical infrastructure technologies and developments;
4.Understand business and application needs into requirements for the Distributed Computing area
5.Ability to guide and check external service providers on technological level;
6.Good communicative and judgment skills.
7.Knowledge of the DSM businesses, global geographical spread, functional and geographical relations, details of sites
8.In-depth knowledge of the technical basics and principles of the Aurora Network design and all related ICT services and their interrelations.
9.Knowledge of the DSM network architecture and infrastructure
