Job description / Mission
We are looking for an experienced Business Controller, to be based in Nanjing, responsible for control of the Nanjing Product Company of Construction and Mining Technique business area.

The Business Controller will be part of the Product Company management team and will report to General Manager of Nanjing Product Company.

Responsibility for financial and management reports according to standards
- Assist the General Manager with professional business control services
- Analysis and follow-up of product costs
- Pro-active analysis of business trends and development of relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Establishment and supervision of internal business policies and procedures, including the AC Planning Process
- Handling of internal and external auditing requirements
- Actively participate in company result presentations in board and management meetings
- Work in close cooperation with Accounting, Financial Reporting and Information System services provided by the internal "shared service organization" located in Shanghai (ASAP)
- Work in coordination with other Business Controllers in CMT Greater China as well as the Divisional Controllers
- To be pro-active, making sure that problems are highlighted and that action plans are put in place
- Assist the Product Company management to make sound make-buy and localisation decisions.
- Implementation of a Risk Management System in Product company

Competence requirements
- Business analysis skills with solid experience in finance and business control
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines and orderly work
- Analytical approach to problem solving and risk management
- Leadership skills to coach others in business control and risk management
- Good communication and presentation skills

Knowledge / Educational requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral

Personality requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Ability to work well under pressure
