Mission

Your mission is to develop the supplier industrialization, close work together with R&D, Incoming inspection, Assembly manufacturing engineering and supplier quality engineering to secure the design for manufacturability is applied to all the suppliers

Specific Areas of Responsibility

? Be responsible for the supplier manufacturing engineering function set up, define the scope, processes, and way of working of the function area; Be responsible for the establish plan of the function, includes concept and implementation
? Be responsible for setting up detail work standard in related to technical review specification, design to manufacturability review, approval of the supplier documentation, define acceptance standard in accepting key suppliers' manufacturing process, control processes and procedures as well as incoming inspection acceptance standards
? Participate the suppliers audits and be responsible for supplier process capability evaluation, together with sourcing engineer to the new supplier selection
? Deal with quality failure and chase technical solution with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions; review on-going supplier quality performance and participate the supplier improvement projects, as well as phase in/phase out of the existing suppliers
? Approve drawings of Forming/Fabrication/Machining parts at beginning
? Approve all drawings in long term

Qualification

Education: Engineering Degree in one of the following (or related) disciplines; Mechanical, Material, Industrial, Process,

10-15 years' experience in preferably a related industry (e.g. Automotive, Machine production) and evidence of experience with the required manufacturing technical specialty e.g.
? Forming (casting, extrusion etc.)
? Fabrication (welding, cutting, bending etc.)
? Machining

Good communication skill with sharing attitude and easy for approach, should be able to communicate across all levels; Strong management experience within high technical team
Fluent in English
