职位描述
Responsibilities
? Handle Export and commercial logistics activities related to the export business.
? Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives for the Export market.
? Responsible for the overall management of the export business such as strateies, targets, performance and sales and creat the most profitable new business model for the company.
? Set up and streamline the standards, processes and procedures associated with the export business such as quality control, warranty, service and parts , the exporting documents, shipping and logistics etc.
? Develop and excute marketing/sales strategies related to export and business plans on the global markets such as Africa, South America etc.
? Manage , execute and perfom core business processes involving export sales such as quote managerment, negotiating management , requirement specifications, risk analysis and mitigation plan management, international shipping & logistics management.
Requirements
? University degree in business, trade management, international trade or equivalent.
? At least 6-8 years exporting experiences in automotive multinational companies
? Good working knowledge of exporting and/or held a previous exporting program
? Good exporting knowledge and analysis skills
? Proven track records in exporting, broad knowledge and understanding of exporting and good sense of business and operations
? Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution and strong planning skills
? Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence, enabling colleagues to influence and drive multi-disciplinary teams
? Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
