MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set up and regularly review Import Management System, Export Management System, Supply Chain
Security system to ensure international trade compliance;

2. Set up and regularly review Checkpoint system to ensure compliance;

3. Review of all contracts to ensure legal compliance;

4. Perform self-assessment and self-audit and follow up with improvement plan;

5. Arrange and perform trainings related to international trade compliance, checkpoint and legal

6. Responsible for all in-bound, interplant and out-bound traffic that supports the company's global
supply chain management strategy.

7. Provide support to internal and external customers includes logistics arrangement, shipment
tracking, proof of delivery, damages, and other traffic related needs.

8. Work with custom brokers to clear goods and coordinate all international freight movements to
support import and export compliances.

9. Track and measure carriers performance and logistics costs: rates, fuel surcharges, fees, etc.

10. Collaborate with Emerson and Emerson Process Management colleagues and ensure leverage with
corporate-wide programs and suppliers.

11. Utilize Emerson leverage, reverse auctions, mode shifts, and carrier changes to generate logistics
cost reductions.

12. Stay current with new services providers. Select new carriers as required. Communicate and
implement changes in a timely manner to shipping and receiving administrators throughout the supply
chain.

13. Maintain freight bill processes.

14. Develop, implement and maintain work procedures and instructions for global freight movement.
15.Build effective team and provide training and coaching to team members


EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE


1. More than 5 years working experience in logistics, import/export or international business;

2. Good command of English, good communication and team work spirit;

3. Good command of Microsoft skills

4. College/University degree
