Principal responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for safety and health risk identification & prevention and safety check, such as JHA, LTTT, Emergency evacuation plan, Work-related accident root causes analysis, special work certification, Occupational disease management, PPE distribution and general solid waste sorting
2. Execute a phased implementation of enhanced environmental management system, including Environmental Impact Assessment & Environment annual monitoring follow up, Hazard waste recycling and treatment, chemical management, Energy efficiency, etc.
3. Leverage Environment, Health and Safety Improvement program for the whole company, to enhance the capacity to resolve deficiencies identified during EHS audits conducted internally or by customer assigned 3rd parties
4. Train on site workers on requirements regarding Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

Education and Qualification Requirements:
1. At least 3 years working experience in EHS areas, experience in foreign companies (US, Europe, Japan) in Electrical industry is a plus
2. Be familiar with EMS & OHSMS, as well as major companies' EHS standards
3. Detailed minded, self-manage and motivated; Team work, risk conscientious, good communication skill, and can work under pressure
4. Strong Office Software application abilities, and good English communication skill both in reading and writing.
5. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical or Safety Engineering, National Certified Safety Engineer preferred
