主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1.参与策划、建立、维护和改善公司质量体系;
Plan, Establish, maintain and improve the quality system of CFME;
2.策划、编写和维护公司的质量程序；

Establish, maintain the quality manual & procedures of CFME;
3.推动公司及本部门质量目标的设定与达成活动；
Promote the quality improvement activities for quality target setting and achievement;

4.推进CFME全员QMS体系知识、质量方针的教育宣传；
Promote the QMS and Quality policy education for employees in CFME;
5.部门QMS文件的编写、发布及文件系统管理；
Compile, issue and control the QMS documents in dept;

6.QMS内部审核实施与不符合项的追踪汇报，及外部审核准备与应对；
Operate the QMS internal audit, follow up and report the NR items, prepare and reply for the external audit;
7.编制关键事项计划并协助质量会议的召开；

Compile hold point schedule and assist quality meeting holding;
8.准备和组织公司PPAP 的提交；
Prepare and Organize PPAP submit activity;
9.6sigma 活动的推进和培训。
6sigma activity implementation and training.

任职要求Qualification

-必须具备的基本录用条件Must-have qualifications

1.大学本科或以上学历 bachelor or above

2.日语或英语语言能力 Japanese or English language ability

3.具有TS16949 内部审员资格，并执行过ISO9001&TS16949内部审核。Certification of TS16949 internal audit,has ISO9000&Ts16949 internal auditor implementation experience.

-优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications

1.6sigma 活动推进经验。6sigma activity implementation experience.
2.ISO9001 外部审核员证书 Certification of ISO9001 external auditor

  长安福特马自达发动机有限公司由重庆长安汽车股份有限公司、福特汽车公司和马自达汽车株式会社共同合资兴建。公司注册资本17270万美元，其中重庆长安汽车股份有限公司占股份的50%，福特汽车公司与马自达汽车株式会社各占股份的25%。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was jointly invested by Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Ford Motor Company, and Mazda Motor Corporation, total registered capital reaching USD172.7 million, in which Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 50% of the shares, Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation respectively hold 25% each.
  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
