1、45岁以下，大专以上学历，机电工程或建筑类相关专业，工程师职称；

2、具有工程、物业相关工作背景，5年以上知名物业管理岗位经验；

3、熟悉高档商业、写字楼物业工程管理，能够建立物业工程管理体系并推行实施；

4、熟悉房地产项目工程管理相关法律法规及行业规范，具备丰富的工程技术管理经验，具备物业管理资格证书；

5、具备工程技术指导、编制设备维修方案、解决工程难点的能力；

6、具有较强的团队管理、决策能力、丰富的专业知识和技术底蕴、优秀的资源整合能力。
