-Ensure DEPARTMENT administrative activities, provide assistance in daily management

-Management of Director's working and department calendar

-Perform administrative & secretarial work for DEPARTMENT and follow up, Collect in the team, the different subjects to deal about.

-Video projector/Laptop/Camera/printer/meeting room management

-Travel application and NDF

-Realize DEPARTMENT spirit through various ways (monthly star, team building etc.)

-Help NEO for their installation, ID card/ Name picture preparation, and relevant file to update. 

-Take time to introduce main information to new comers

-Participate in DEPARTMENT progress plan definition and check.

-Take into account UEC and LEAN evaluation and assessment

Requirement: 

-Coordination or transversal management experience necessary

-Management of 1 to 5 teammate appreciated

-Microsoft office background

-Budget background

-LEAN or equivalent experience appreciated

-Leadership, Good relationship and cooperative with all employees

-Positive  & dynamic

-English fluent

-French Preferable
