岗位职责：

1、根据项目文档需求说明、概要设计等，完成测试计划、方案、用例；

2、按照公司制定的工作流程，独立完成系统的功能测试工作；

3、按测试进度开展测试活动，执行测试过程进行Bug录入、分析和跟踪并协助重现Bug，编写报告；

4、按规范提交测试过程中发现的缺陷和潜在风险，并跟踪直至缺陷关闭；

5、与开发、需求人员进行沟通,保证项目的顺利进行。

任职要求：

1、全日制专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优选；

2 、3年以上互联网金融行业测试工作经验，最少1年以上互联网小贷测试经验；

3、扎实的软件开发和测试技术，精通及具备自动化测试、性能测试等专业知识和经验；

4、熟悉互联网平台相关技术，和相关的测试工具；

5、 擅于跨团队沟通和协作，对提高软件产品的测试效率和效果有强烈的激情；

6、计算机类、理工科专业毕业，统招本科以上学历。
