SUMMARY: (A general description of the major duties of job incumbents)
- To manage assigned and selected key accounts.
协助管理分配和指定的大客户;
- To coordinate day-to-day activities between M+R operations and selected agents, especially for selected key accounts.
协调处理公司操作和指定代理间的日常业务,尤其是一些指定的大客户;
- Support all KAM related activities in APAC.
为所有在亚太地区(环太平洋地区)的大客户的相关业务提供支持。
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily key account management for selected accounts as determined by the Key Account Manager.
对大客户经理决定的/选择的客户进行日常管理;
- Oversight and assistance in daily operational activities to ensure superior operational consistency for assigned key accounts and selected agent partners.
对分配的大客户和指定的代理的日常操作提供监督和帮助以确保主管运作的一致性;
- Collection and compilation of local charges and rates for tenders, as well as compilation of other RFI related requests.
为招标/竞标收集/编辑当地费用和运费,同时协助其他和竞标有关的信息收集/编辑;
- Provide accurate KPI report and daily report periodically as required by the allocated key account customers.
根据分配的大客户的要求,提供准确的关键绩效指标和定期的/周期性的日报表;
- Develop customer-specific SOP documents for both internal and external processes and to maintain the SOP documents by incorporating new and / or changed instructions.
开发/指定特定客户的标准作业流程以供内部和外部使用,并通过合并新规则和/或改变结构来维护标准作业流程的文档;
- Train and ensure compliance of the SOP and requirements by the relevant POL offices.

- Ensure timely, clear and accurate communication with the allocated key account customers.

- Keep close contact and relationship with key suppliers of the accounts.

- Monitor data integrity for key accounts in our IT platform.
监督大客户资料在IT系统/平台中的完整性;
- Provide appropriate guidance and advice to Coordinator on day to day work.
在日常工作中给予协调员适当的指导以及建议;
- Other tasks as determined by the Key Account Manager.
协助完成大客户经理指定的其他工作 。
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Any other responsibilities as and when required by superior that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals.
- Use market and cultural knowledge to ensure smooth relations between Asia and Overseas agent partners.
利用市场和文化知识确保亚洲和国外代理伙伴间的良好关系;
- Analyze the specific requirements of potential as well as existing customers in order to propose and execute pragmatic customized solutions to address their specific needs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- +5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably with experience in Key Account Management in multinational Forwarding or Logistics Companies.
五年以上货运代理从业经验,在国际货运代理或者物流企业中具有大客户管理从业经验者优先;
- Extensive knowledge of forwarding and logistics activities throughout all levels of the processes.
对货运代理和物流行业各个环节的操作有广泛的认知和常识;
- Logistics related work experience in North America/ Europe/ Asia.
在北美/欧洲/亚洲方面有和物流相关的工作经验;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
优秀的沟通和表达技能;
- Ability to work independently using initiative and also to work as a team player.
有主观能动性,并善于团队合作;
- Strong desire and ability to provide suggestions how to improve processes and increase the overall customer service experience to our accounts/agent partners.
对于如何改进现有客户/代理伙伴的操作流程和增进/优化整体客户服务体验,有愿望和能力来提供建议;
- Excellent command in English both written and spoken, Chinese ( Mandarin) considered a strong plus.
优秀的英语书写和口语沟通会为佳;
- Solid knowledge on all Microsoft office products especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
