工作描述
-在新项目的开发过程中作为项目的质量负责人全程参与从概念阶段到量产，编制并执行测试大纲对整机进行测试
-量产前开发阶段的关键零件的质量策划与质量控制计划
-负责新项目的零件的质量放行到量产
-量产前准备新零件的检具/特殊检测要求的实现。
-新项目的供应商评估和供应商质量控制
-量产后成品质量控制

任职要求
-大学学历，三年以上机械/机电/工业制造行业工作经验。有五年以上项目/质量管理（包括来料检验）经验的优先
-有机械制造加工工艺过程经验者优先，如熟悉铝压铸/注塑/机加工/冲压 等
-制造类质量策划，SPC统计，质量工具，工装检具设计 有经验的优先
-良好的沟通与协调，团队合作能力，英语沟通能力。
Job Description

- As a team member in new product project, finalize and carry out product test plan.
- Join the project team since product concept process as project quality responsible person
- Finalize and carry out control plan for key parts.
- Responsible for new part quality release for mass production
- Parts gauge/fixture design before start of production
- Supplier quality control
- Finished products quality control
Requirement

- At least bachelor degree
- At least 3 years work experience in mechanical or industry, project experience and quality control background are preferred.
- Experienced in manufacturing process such as die casting/plastic injection/stamping/machining etc is preferred.
- Fixture/Gauge design experience for parts, SPC method, Quality Tools experience is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, team player, willing to take challenge.
- Good English both in oral and written.

Nanjing Bovon Power Tools Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangning Economic & Technical Development Zone in the city of Nanjing, which has Benchtop tools (including Miter Saw, Table Saw, Tile Saw and Cut-off Saw) manufacturing and engineering with the international standard. Bovon is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Power tools division of Robert Bosch Group and Chervon Holdings Limited, Hong Kong China.
