工作描述
-参与新产品的开发全过程，负责研究确认零部件及产品的可制造性；
-作为项目组成员，参与新品项目会议，根据新品开发项目计划，制定本部门新品开发的详细工作计划；
-参与新品开发T1(EB）、ESL(Pre-pilot)阶段试制过程，在ESL(Pre-pilot)阶段主导生产过程，总结生产试制过程中的问题点并反馈给项目组，提出改善设想，另外主导新品开发MSL(PILOT)和SOP阶段的工作，负责对该阶段的生产过程进行总结，同时提出改善设想；
-新品导入过程中根据人、机、料、法、环五个要素和产能需求对生产LAY-OUT、工艺流程、工装夹具、工具和物流器具等进行设计，编制相关工艺文件，制作生产看板，推广工艺自动化和柔性化；新品导入过程中生产工具的选型和采购申请，参与设备的选型和验收；
-新品导入过程中（包括RAMP-UP阶段）负责对产线作业人员进行岗前培训、生产技能及特殊岗位的培训，提高产线人员操作技能；
-标准工时的制定；
-根据BPS理念和从工业工程的角度在新品RAMP-UP阶段持续对生产线的效率进行改善，消除浪费，提高人均率，降低生产成本；
-新品RAMP-UP目标达成后负责和生产部对应的工程师进行资料交接；
-常规产品生产技术的支持与持续改善；
-完成上级交代的其它相关工作。
任职要求
-大专以上，工业工程、机械或机电一体化等相关专业
-两年以上工业工程工作经验，熟悉人机工程，熟悉精益生产方式，熟悉IE的相关手法，对电动工具有一定的认识，有过一年以上工装夹具设计经验
-能熟练的进行英语交流
-能熟练的使用OFFICE和AUTOCAD软件，会使用UG或PRO-E优先
-具有较强的创新、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
-外企工作背景佳。
Job Description

- Participate in the development process of new product, and confirm the manufacture feasibility of new product.
- Attend the new project meeting as a project team member and make plan for new production accordingly.
- Participate in T1(EB) / ESL(Pre-pilot) and MSL(Pilot). Connect the manufacture problem in ESL and MSL phase and feedback the project team and improve the problem.
- Design lay-out, fixture tool, logistic apparatus and flow chart, draw work instruction.
- Make kanban in development process of new product.
- Choose the tool model and write the purchase application, choose and check and accept the equipment type with equipment engineer.
- Train the operator.
- Draw up the standard time of product.
- Continue improve the production efficiency, eliminate MUDA, cost down in SOP and ramp-up process.
- Exchange all the production information with process engineer after the target is reached in ramp-up phase.

Requirement

- At least college degree, major of mechanic or integration of mechanics and electrics
- More than 2 years of industrial engineering experience. Be familiar with man-machine engineer and lean production and IE 7 tool. 1 year fixture design experience
- Be good at using Auto-cad and office software.
- Good English both in oral and written.
- Good communication skill, team work.
- Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
