Job description :
1、Work with project teams to support the electronic component development (e.g. switch, soft start, speed controller, laser, PCB, motor etc.) internally and externally on specification, design, testing, measuring, IQC, supplier selection, technical communication & discussion;
2、Analyze and solve the design or quality problems of electronic parts during project development and mass production;
3、Create the documentation on electronic parts development, analysis and test result;
4、Set up the database of all electronic parts in Bovon.

Required knowledge and ability:
1. At least bachelor degree with electronic major
2. At least 3 years experience of electronic working in industry area,

3. Have good knowledge of electronic components performance, design, testing, quality analysis and production method; Basic knowhow of EMC requirement, test and problem solution
4. Practical know how in building and measuring parts (circuit boards). Able to read, interpret and design medium complex circuits.
5. Experience in a professional engineering environment, specialized in electrical motor and power supply controllers;
6. Good understanding and utilization of concepts and practices, demonstrates sufficient knowledge and skill to accomplish routine tasks.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, and good work habits, professional interactions with associates;
8. Self-motivated and result-driven team player, willing to take challenge;

9. Can use Office software in dialy work ,and have baisc CAD skill;
10. Good English both in oral and written

工作内容描述：

1、参与项目团队，为产品电子元器件（如开关，软启动，速度控制装置，PCB板，激光，电机等）的研发（包括源自公司内部及外部），在相关技术规格，设计，测量测试，供应商选择及内外部技术沟通交流等方面提供技术支持；

2、分析并协助处理日常项目开发及产品批量生产过程中出现的所有有关电子零件的设计及质量等方面的问题；

3、建立维护有关电子零件的设计开发，技术质量分析及测试结果等方面的技术文档；

4、负责创建搏峰公司所有的电子元器件的数据库.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，电子专业；；

2、至少三年以上电子工业技术工作经验；

3、熟悉上述电子元器件的特性，设计，测试质量分析及生产；对于EMC的相关要求，测试及问题分析处理，具备基本的知识；

4、对于线路板等类型零件，具备实际装配及测量的动手操作能力，并能分析，解释及设计中等复杂程度的这类零件；

5、具备一定的电子专业技术研发（特别是在电机及电源电子控制方面）工作经验；

6、具有理论基础和实践经验；能够出色地完成日常工作；

7、良好的工作习惯、沟通技巧、团队合作、时间观念。具有良好的分析判断能力，关注细节；

8、自我激励，结果导向，团队合作，乐于接受挑战；
9、良好的英语听说读写能力；

10、熟练运用office办公软件，具备基本的绘图软件操作技能。
