Job description
-Apply sound understanding of engineering principles to product development. Analyze part and product designs for validity. Solve design problems timely within scope of project and within budget parameters.
-Solve design problems timely within scope of project and within budget parameters through the use of software design tools and analytical tools. Analyze part and product designs for validity.
-Participate in team meetings. Anticipates design options and can make improvements.
-Create proper documentation on analysis of designs and conclusions from research.
-Oversee prototype, comparative testing, etc. Work with other shared services as appropriate. Work with outside vendors and suppliers as necessary.
Requirement
-At least bachelors degree
-At least 1-3 product design experience including knowledge of geometric tolerancing, statistical process control, manufacturing processes, characteristics of related materials, machining and assembly operations, electrical circuitry, etc.
-Experience in a professional engineering environment yielding good work habits and excellent communication skills, professional interactions with associates and a high sense of urgency. Must possess excellent analytical capabilities, professional judgment and attention to detail.
-Basic understanding and utilization of concepts and practices;demonstrates sufficient knowledge and skill to accomplish routine tasks.
-Good ProE or UG skill
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Gelf-motivated and result-driven team player, willing to take challenge
-Good English both in oral and written

任职要求
-本科及以上学历
-1-3年相关工作经验，对几何公差、过程控制、加工工艺、材料特性、组装及电路等有一定理解
-良好的工作习惯、沟通技巧、团队合作、时间观念。具有良好的分析判断能力，关注细节
-具有理论基础和实践经验；能够出色地完成日常工作
-熟练应用ProE或UG
-良好的沟通及合作能力
-自我激励，结果导向，团队合作，愿意接受挑战
-良好的英语听说读写能力

Bovon is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Power tools division of Robert Bosch Group and Chervon Holdings Limited, Hong Kong China.
