工作描述
-参与新产品的开发过程，和IE一起研究确认新产品的可制造性和工艺性；
-针对常规产品负责收集生产线上产品的品质信息并对其进行分析，制定改善计划，提出改善措施并实施和跟踪，提高品质水平；
-针对常规产品根据人、机、料、法、环对生产工艺流程及作业方法进行持续改善，提高产线的平衡率和人均率；
-针对常规产品对涉及到的工程变更及开发变更进行更改并实施；
-针对生产过程中的品质和效率异常进行处理，使生产能够正常顺利的进行；
-协助工业工程师进行新产品生产工艺和工装夹具的设计和确认；
-根据部门目标对产线提出改善项目并实施；
-新产品导入RAMP-UP目标达成后和工程部工业工程师进行各种资料的交接；
-维护和持续改善常规产品的物流系统，如：生产看板的制作与改善，料架的制作与改善，各种物流器具的改善；
-负责车间常规产品生产人员的培训工作，提升生产人员的技能和综合素质；
-主导生产线每日晨会，完成晨会所需各种分析和改善报表；
-完成上级交给的其它工作任务。

任职要求
-大专以上学历，机械或机电一体化等相关专业
-三年以上生产管理经验，熟悉品质控制的相关手法，熟悉IE的相关手法，熟悉JIT的生产方式，对电动工具有一定的认识
-能熟练的进行英语交流，能熟练的使用OFFICE和AUTOCAD软件
-具有较强的创新、沟通协调能力和团队合作的精神，外企工作背景佳
Job Description

- Participate in the development process, confirm the new product manufacture feasibility with industrial engineer
- Continuously improve the mass product quality.
- Continuously improve the producing process, line balance and efficiency
- Implement the ECO.
- Producing problem solving, ensure the normal production.
- Help industrial engineer to design the fixture and work instruction.
- Exchange all the production information with industrial engineer after the target is reached in ramp-up phase.
- Maintain and improve the logistic system, for example: Kanban and logistic rack
- Give training to the operators about mass product.
- Hold morning meeting for mass product and finish the all sort of forms
Requirement
- At least college Degree
- Major of mechanic or integration of mechanics and electrics.
- 3 years manufacture management experience.
- Familiar with quality tools, IE tools and lean production.
- Good English both in oral and written.
- Familiar with Office software and AUTOCAD.
- Good communication skill, team work.
- Relevant foreign company work experience is preferred.
