Job description:
1. Planning and implementation for the power tool projects developing test and qualification test during the product developing process according to test plan.
2. As interface between quality test lab and project engineers, coordinating with project quality and engineering engineers for the test capacity and test facility.
3. Maintaining and developing test procedures for power tool testing in English.
4. Issuing independent test report and test documentation in English.
5. Developing working experience on power tool to be a Project Quality Engineer.

Required knowledge and ability:
1. Bachelor degree on Mechanical, Engineering and Automation related are preferred.
2. At least two years work experience on product developing or quality.
3. Good skill of English and good communication skill for team work are preferred.
4. Personality of cooperative, proactive, patient, carefulness, quick learner.
5. Strong will of contributing to company and self-motivation.

工作内容描述：
1、依照测试大纲，策划和实行电动工具研发阶段的研发测试和验证测试；
2、作为测试实验室对各项目小组的窗口，依照各项目小组要求合理调配实验室测试资源；
3、用英语维护和编制相关测试程序；
4、用英语出具客观准确的实验报告，以及相关实验文件、记录的管理；
5、发展空间：积累电动工具项目测试的经验和行业知识，可发展成为新项目的质量负责人。

任职资格：
1、本科学历，机械制造、机械设计、自动化等相关专业者优先考虑；
2、2年以上质量保证或新品开发方面工作经验；
3、良好的英语阅读和书写能力，良好的人际协调和团队合作能力者优先考虑；
4、团队合作、耐心细致、学习能力强；
5、积极主动有冲劲。

Nanjing Bovon Power Tools Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangning Economic & Technical Development Zone in the city of Nanjing, which has Benchtop tools (including Miter Saw, Table Saw, Tile Saw and Cut-off Saw) manufacturing and engineering with the international standard. Bovon is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Power tools division of Robert Bosch Group and Chervon Holdings Limited, Hong Kong China.
