1..发布招聘信息，简历筛选并组织面试；

2.负责劳动合同管理，包括但不限于准备劳动合同/合同签署、续签/归档等

3. 负责员工个人档案管理，包括但不限于更新员工信息至HR系统、各种员工资料及时归档等

4. 负责各种证件的办理，例如外籍人士工作签证、商务签证等

5. 员工入职、离职、调动等事宜的办理；

6.负责员工考勤、调休、请假、加班管理与统计，负责审核、办理员工请假、销假手续；

7.部门主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

- 大专(含)及以上学历

- 1年人力资源相关经验，有外资公司经验优先，优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑

- 英语CET-4及以上，读写能力良好

- 有客户服务导向思维，良好的沟通与分析思维能力，有团队合作精神

- 积极主动，能自我激励和思维开放

- 认真，耐心，注重细节，能够以积极的学习态度独立工作

- 愿意承担责任, 抗压能力强
