Job responsibility:

Help Channel manager to develop new channel partner and channel commercial policy

Maintain existing distribution network, by understanding Marco environment, competition, pricing, channel trends, need of distributors.

Identifying Key KPI to Benchmark distributors performance and to be a key member of distributor business review

Following up monthly sales target achievement of key distributors

Optimize, manage and execute the channel process, SOPs, including new distribution application

Development of annual incentive program and calculation execution

Distribution Agreement management implementation

Take the leads of organizing distributor training course with cross functions

Qualification:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required

Strong passion and have can do spirit

The capability to work with cross function and process implementation

Strong communication skills, including speaking and writing

Strong capabilities to use MS office

Good English skill in both oral and written

Channel management experiences in medical device and IVD area is highly preferred
