职位描述
岗位职责:
1) 负责角色、道具和场景的模型制作；
2) 负责角色、道具和场景等高精度模型的贴图制作。
任职要求:
1) 大专及以上学历，热爱模型工作；
2) 精通MAYA和3DSMAX的模型模块，对UV拆分、贴图描绘有一定的了解，能熟练运用ZBRUSH或MUDBOX等雕刻软件进行辅助建模；
3) 有较强的三维空间思维能力，能根据已有的三维参考图制作出对应的三维元素；
4) 对模型拓扑结构和布线有深刻理解，拥有扎实的布线功底，布线简洁干净，适合绑定和动画需求；
5) 能够熟练绘制角色的口型和表情；
6) 有深厚的手绘功底，能够绘制照片级图像者优先；
7) 参与过大型影视动画模型制作，了解高精度模型制作规范，熟悉生物、人物建模，熟悉精通表情制作；
8) 善于沟通，有团队合作精神，为人真诚踏实不浮躁，能够承受一定的工作压力
