Job Description

Bosch Junior Managers Program, is an international wide program designed to attract excellent leadership potential talents for accelerated careers.

Job Responsibilities

- Project related production cost prognosis with margin analysis for strategic decision

- Market analysis with product/customer mix effect

- Investment controlling

- Continuous improvement project

- PCT (product cost tracking tool) implementation & cost saving measures tracking with MOE/PUR partners

Qualifications

- Master degree & above from top university, majoring in Business management/Finance/Accounting, experience in finance or accounting field

- Interest in data and detail with excellent Excel data processing, PPT production and reporting ability

- Optimistic working attitude and willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and patiently, self-motive and well-organized

- Good communication skill and able to work independently under pressure, project experience is preferred

- Fluent English ability (German as plus point) 

- SAP knowledge with priority

- Overseas working or study experience is a plus
