职位描述/Job description：

·负责指导和管理区域经销商, 开展区域市场促销活动，收集和分析区域市场信息，完成下达的销售量目标。

Direct and manage the dealers, develop the field sales promotion activities, collect and analyze the marketing information, achieve the sales volume objectives.

主要职责/Roles & responsibility：

• 按照公司要求督促经销商完成批发、零售目标;

Required by the company to urge dealers to complete the wholesale, retail target;

• 商务政策执行：根据公司商务政策及要求，及时传达解释并指导监督经销商严格执行公司的各项标准和要求;

Business policy implementation: based on the company's business policies and requirements, timely

explanation and strict implementation of the standards and requirements of the company guidance and

supervision of dealers;

• 经销商拜访: 合理安排经销商拜访行程，通过拜访及时发现并解决问题，及时提交出差报告;

Dealers visit: reasonable arrangements for dealers visit. According to the visit, discover and

solve the problem and timely submit the trip reports;

• 区域市场秩序: 维护维护市场秩序，做好价格管理和跨区域销售管理，防止恶性竞争;

Regional market order: maintain market order, make price management well and cross-regional sales

management to prevent vicious competition;

• 促销活动执行: 根据市场情况，适时指导经销商开展各类促销活动，提高活动效果;

Promotion activities executed: according to market conditions, provide timely guidance for dealers

to carry out all kinds of promotion activities, improve campaign effectiveness;

• 协助经销商完成SSI整改计划;

Help dealers to complete SSI corrective action plan;

• 月度大客户销售情况跟踪、大客户信息反馈、大客户政策宣贯、协助经销商制定大客户开发计划，并敦促执行;

Monthly customer sales tracking, large customer information feedback, customer policy publicizing,

help dealer develop customer development plans, and urge them to execute;

任职条件/qualifications：

·有丰富的销售经验，至少3年以上汽车厂家经销商管理经验，熟悉汽车市场；

In depth selling experience (more than 3-year DLR management experience), preferably in automotive marketing.

·熟悉计算机的制表，文字处理，Excel和幻灯片等软件系统；

Proficient use of computer spreadsheets, word processing、Excel and power point program.

·良好的组织管理和沟通能力；

Good ability at the organizing management and communication;

·良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力；

Good work energy and good ability at the cooperation;

·良好的分析和应变能力

Good ability at analysis and emergency disposal.

·经济、管理或汽车类本科及以上学历。

Degree (Bachelor or above) in Economic、Management or Automobile

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
