1.Daily Management of QC lab
Maintain a safe ,healthy working environment and 5S in the lab ;
Ensure company policy ,rules and regulations are followed in the department ;
Organize the material in-coming test ,in-process test , final QC test, WWTP and utilities test ;
QC consumable inventory control;
Manage QC team;
Develop subordinators by coaching ,training , leading and delegation;
Analytical instrument calibration .


2.Quality Management
Trouble shoot and resolve quality defects occurred on production ;
Out of spec batches and customer quality complaints investigation and make corrective actions ;
Work with related interfaces to decide on out of specification material disposal ;
Issue of batch cards to production and COA to customers;
Test Method SOPs development and collect analytical records.


3.Continuosu development and Business development
Work with process and engineering department to continuously improve process ;
Involve in new product launch and development ;
Technical assistance for sales and procurement in case of need ;
Identify product improvement opportunity from end user’s feedback.


4.other requirements
Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry;
5 years experience in manufacturing environment;
3 years experience working experience in a chemical Lab;
Experienced in GC/HPLC;
Knowledge of SPC;
Awareness of EHS and Quality management;
ISO9001/14000 experience is a plus.
