Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.
• Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail where required, develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
• Design Cognizant IPA process solutions in accordance with standard Cognizant IPA design principles and conventions.
• Configure new Cognizant IPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Robotics technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.
• Create and maintain solution documentation.
• Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
• Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
• Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
• Support business development as an SME

                                            

    

Requirement:

• Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment and in RPA tools (UI Path/ AA/ Blue Prism/QTP/OpenSpan/WinAuto/Kapow etc).
• Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE. Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred.
• Ability to research for technical solutions and guide the developers during the project implementation.
• Experience in managing new development projects (from the technology/architecture point of view)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, and MS Word.
• Strong in requirement gathering and analysis, experience in creating process flow diagrams
• Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
• Hands on in converting the business requirements into solution design - building end to end automation process solutions.

One or more of the following skills are preferred:

• VB Script, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), Python, Perl, Bash & PowerShell, WinAPI
• Experience in Hadoop and elastic search
• Training/certifications on test automation tools such as HP QTP
• .NET/Java developer certifications.
• PMP or CSM certification.
• Exposure to managing the projects using Agile methodology.
