岗位职责：
1、数据库的监控、维护、管理；
2、数据库优化、SQL调优，指导开发人员编写高性能的SQL；
3、支持产品研发团队，进行数据库设计、编写存储过程等；
4、公司内部数据库相关的培训；
5、公司内部数据查询与分析；

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机或项目管理等相关专业
2、 熟练掌握Oracle/MySQL/Postgre SQL数据库运行机制，并对技术细节有较深入了解；
3、精通Oracle/mysql/Postgre SQL基本原理、数据结构设计、性能调优，对高并发、复杂SQL以及数据库集群系统深入理解并具有丰富的管理和优化经验，具有很强的故障定位和问题解决能力；
4、具备至少2年及以上大规模数据库设计、优化、运维经验；
5、熟悉数据库中间件、高可用数据库集群、分布式方案，并有成功经验；
6、熟悉Linux和Windows Server操作系统，熟练掌握各种DBA工具，熟悉各种数据库的备份、恢复、归档等操作；
7、有大型企业应用软件数据库设计经验者优先；
8、精通Redis集群，熟悉Java、Python等开发的优先；
9、具强烈的责任心和学习欲望，有团队合作精神、善于沟通、细致耐心，独立完成工作并能承受工作压力。
