职位描述：
1、 参与渠道平台的需求分析，关注项目需求的可测性和设计的合理性。
2、 根据需求进行测试设计及测试用例的编写。
3、 执行具体测试任务并确认测试结果，完成测试报告以及测试结果分析并进行bug的跟踪。
4、 根据测试结果完成测试报告。
5、 深入理解系统内部的工作原理，从测试的角度提供优化意见。
6、 协调、组织各方面对每个阶段的成果进行评审，包括需求、设计等。
7、 快速找出重要的系统问题，并提交给上报。
8、 帮助用户改进其过程，同时协助满足用户必要的要求。
9、 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、 良好的计算机专业基础(数据结构, 算法, 编程语言, 数据库等)。
2、 熟悉软件工程,熟悉软件测试一般方法和流程。
3、 性格开朗乐观，责任心强，积极主动，善于沟通，具有团队精神。
4、 逻辑能力强、思维活跃，接受新事物能力强。
5、 具备一定的抗压能力。
