基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

• Support HD mooncake NPD development & launch, existing core SKUs rationalization, renovation and development, incl. but not limit to concept, selling point, PKG, premium and POSM etc.

• Support HD mooncake IMC: Briefing, assets development, TVC, viral video, digital, social and PR event etc. Ensure the campaign flawless execution

• Support HD mooncake Omni-channel launch, incl. but not limit to Shop/EC/digitalization/KA/Group purchase etc. Assist in EC partnership and big event, i.e.: Tmall Super Brand Day, JD Fans Day etc.

• Independently lead KA/tailor-made SKUs launch and communication touch points, cooperate with sales team to ensure the terminal activity smooth implementation

• Lead HD mooncake A&CP planning and tracking

• Support mooncake ad-hoc research and brand tracking/Dip

• Lead mooncake redemption related projects

• Assist in completing other tasks assigned by leaders

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

• Two years or above work experience in FMCG Brand Marketing

• Excellent communication and team collaboration ability, logical thinking ability, high learning agility, good art sense & creative sense, conscientious and responsible, enthusiastic and strong ownership about work, result-oriented, project management experience is a plus.

• Fluent in English for listening, reading, writing and specking

• Proficient in computer operation and office software skills

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, marketing, brand, advertising, business management and other related fields is preferred
