Job Description and Skillset:

·  Minimum 12+ year of IT experience in technical and e-commerce development roles

·  Delivery lead / project leadership experience in managing at least 2-3 ecommerce full life cycle implementations.

·  Experience in creating a hybris implementation project plan while identifying clear dependencies and delivery plan

·  Experience delivering in Agile or Hybrid Agile methodologies

·  Experience in preparing a detailed estimate for an implementation, rollout and support engagement

·  Good understanding of hybris end to end solution implementation and related integrations

·  Good working knowledge in JAVA, Spring framework, HTML5/CSS and JavaScript

·  Strong communication skills to be able to articulate hybris solutions to IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions.

·  Provide direction to other members of technical team on design and implementation.

·  Define implementation processes, code and delivery quality standards.

·  Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Tracks, Resolve and monitor Issues/Blocks identified by team and escalates when required

·   Facilitates Agile Ceremonies- Stand-up meeting with team, Iteration Planning demo and retrospectives

·   Updates and shares iteration burn down with team daily, other metrics

·   Creates and shares product vision and roadmap

·   Prioritizes backlog, defects, and other work items for the team

·   Educates team in the business domain

·   Negotiates priorities, scope, funding, and schedule

·   Product Owners facilitate communication between the team

·   Providing Boundaries & Constraints

·   Facilitates workshops, review deliverables for quality

·   Coordinates design reviews and sign off’ s with key stakeholders
