职位描述
1、负责进口美妆品牌在丝芙兰渠道的业务拓展
2、能够独立建立和优化销售渠道，合理筛选、控制和培育代理商
3、全面参与进口品牌的商务对接、品牌的孵化，参与品牌破冰0—1,1—N 的品牌运营全链路；
4、参与制定品牌和产品的营销计划，推动各个渠道进行承接，深挖现有渠道资源；
5、执行公司制定的目标和销售策略，完成部门的任务指标
任职要求：
1、5年以上进口化妆品在丝芙兰的管理经验
2、有跨境渠道运营管理经验优先，有化妆品企业级用户的客户资源或有同类目代理商资源优先考虑
3、具有优秀的渠道和项目销售经验优先考虑，对化妆品行业非常了解；
4、认真负责，吃苦耐劳，对工作有激情，有上进心
