职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Lead On-line / Ecommerce insight generating capabilities
1. Ensuring FCSH to have outstanding knowledge on Ecommerce developments within China
2. Lead FCSH's efforts to develop a strong On-line category understanding and shopper insights.
3. Establish the Friso's opportunity and priorities for E-business across China market.
Set vision & develop strategy
4. Develop the FCSH online channel strategy incl. 3 years Roadmap for implementation.
5. Develop FCSH online Ecommerce standard by implementing a clear Friso Ecommerce identity (potentially through online flagship store development)
6. Integrate E-business strategy with CRM and (online) Brand Marketing Activities.
7. Develop annual plan and quarterly priorities for key On-Line customers
Execute strategy & implement Ecommerce business
8. Manage the relationship with key On-line customers
9. Enrich online strategy and ensure FCSH is active in the right e-business platforms, and has tool and practices to increase the brand awareness and realize additional sales
Requirements:
- Proven and measurable experience in driving aggressive revenue results via direct-to-consumer E-business distribution channels.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous China Internet on-line marketing experience.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with e-commerce, internet connectivity, web development and network operations
- Possess excellent negotiation and time management skills
- Proficient in developing procedures of website analysis and website development
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
