Japanese Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager （对日项目经理/高级项目经理）

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for project delivery and management
- Responsible for people Management -staffing, performance management, and development / coaching of team members
- Responsible for overall motivation and morale of the group
- Responsible for customer Satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and Process management
- Provides direction for a project team in all the project phases. Closely monitors of critical aspects of project critical paths
- Analyze business and technical requirements from client
- Lead solution and proposal preparation

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years project experience of .NET and J2EE platform with experience of architecture design
- Strong programming skill of UNIX shell, SDLC (Saleforce.com APEX)
- Hands-on experience of Hitachi JP-1
- Strong data modeling capability on major RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL, DB2
- Basic domain knowledge of life insurance
- Solid knowledge of project management and client expectation control
- Must have good communication capability in Japanese
- English is average or above
- Good interpersonal skill
- Positive thinking, self-motivated and team player
