职位描述

Purpose:


The purpose of this position is to support the operations of the Greater China Marketing & Merchandising functions and monitor and update the progress of deliverables with a focus seasonal calendar integration, GTM milestones, asset management and cross-functional communication.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing & merchandising teams to manage seasonal programs/projects from briefing to final production and delivery, ensuring that workflow, processes and best practices are maintained throughout.

  • Responsible for ensuring the teams know and understand the project vision, manage expectations and team relationships.

  • Deliver on time, on scope and on budget.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and business objectives.

  • Serve as the key point person to distribute project communications to all team members and stakeholders.

  • Maintain schedules, outside resource coordination and vendors, system tools and portals.

  • Continually recommend workflow and process improvements.


Key Results:

  • Communication across the functions is improved

  • Product & Merch calendars are aligned and communicated

  • GC insights gathered are robust and informative

  • GTM deliverables are on track, optimized & effectively communicated

  • Status meetings are effective and productive


  • Manage the Merch & Marketing integrated calendar

    • Support MD with ongoing GTM updates

    • Lead ongoing marketing status meetings across Brand, Retail, BE & CRM & PR


    Campaign Development  & Project Management


    • Seasonal Campaigns:


    • Gather input from all markets on creative concepts and synthesize feedback to identify GC themes and help inform final assets & toolkits

    • Support AMA Creative & BE lead to clarify actionable input to inform regional campaign briefs

    • Manage all assets & copy for seasonal campaigns – both global, regional & local

    Seasonal activations

    • Manage timelines to ensure programs stay on track and flawlessly executed



    Sell-In Support


    • Support teams through development and execution of seasonal tradeshows

    • Manage all tools and information needed to aid commercial teams with sell-in

    • Support MD to ensure tools developed to best suite business needs

    • Product & Comms calendars are tightly integrated

    • Plans and programs flawlessly executed

    • Work stays on agreed upon schedule

    • Approvals are secured and easily retrieved

    • Assets are delivered on time

    • Production status is effectively communicated

    • Jobs are opened, closed and archived in a timely manner




    Minimum Education Required:


    • B.A. /B.S. in business, marketing, or related field preferred.


    Years and Type of Experience Required:


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management/project management

    • Knowledge of marketing and merchandising functions

    • Experience working on project management

    • A fast-paced, multi-tasker with cross-functional project management capabilities

    • A high energy individual who is passionate about the brand and the AMA region

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with all levels including executives

    • Strong collaborative and negotiation skills

    • Someone with both analytical skills and an ability to simplify the complex; Ability to take complex projects and processes, break them down into clear and simple tasks, calendars and communication

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines

    • Mac/PC proficiency

    • Proven leadership and people development skills including clear goal setting, consistent coaching and feedback sessions, and honest performance appraisals. Position has 3 direct reports
