职位描述
HR Generalist contributes to Deckers success by providing support for effective delivery of Human Resources services and programs to internal clients in China. This role will partnership with business across HR general function, and facilitate the HR daily operational excellence.
40% Partnering with Business
? Performance Management
- Partner with business team on the performance management process, including proper goal setting, guideline/process/system training and communication, performance review and evaluation, timeline and progress checking etc.,
- Work with functional leaders together on merit increment and annual bonus, facilitate a reasonable salary adjustment and allocation within organization and budget based on the guideline
? Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support to develop and maintain positive employee relations and engagement level, support on people experience enhancement continuously
- Assist in employee engagement program and recognition activity, e.g. Innovation Award, EOQ, annual party, team building etc.,
- Understand staff issue if any flag upward for attention or follow up action, provide consultation and assistance for people issues
- Provide necessary support on arbitration and legal case as and when needed
? Talent Development
- Help business manager to understand the process and key points of career development program, and partner with business manager to work out the CDP for selected individuals, support to facilitate the training and development plans well executed and timely tracking the progress
15% Recruitment
- Support line manager on daily recruitment activity including job posting and opening in relevant system and platform, CV screening, interview, background check and offer process, reporting & analysis etc., ensure all the recruitment process are well aligned with global and local guideline/practice/process.
25% HR Operations
including but not limited to,
- Responsible for new comer onboarding, probation and exit process, conduct new hire orientation and manage personnel documents
- HRIS, maintain Workday system & local employee database and ensure the accuracy, monthly reconciliation and follow up action
- Consolidate and provide monthly payroll advice to payroll team timely
- Leave management, maintain OA leave system and administrative on a regular basis
- Regular reports and data analysis when needed
- Support on comprehensive working hour renewal
- Provide daily HR policies and process consulting service to internal clients
- Other ad hoc tasks may required
20% HR Projects
- Take initiate on relevant HR projects in charge, provide input and facilitate the qualitative implementation of the assignments
- Provide active support and work closely with co-workers on the HR projects participated
