MAO assistant – FTE function

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain provider profile input and update in MD-Staff database, generate reports

2. Keep tracking of credentialing and re-credentialing process for medical providers

3. Assist with verification process for part-time medical providers

4. Assist with MAO routine projects including Chinese license transferring process for new physicians, Chinese narcotic license application for physicians, Chinese CME renewal

5. Provide external on-site support to each district Health Bureau and deliver relevant confidential documents for Jiahui physicians given license transferring

6. Support CME events held by MAO and other relevant departments

7. Support physician weekly meeting or any other committee as requested

8. Provide general support to MAO

Requirement:

Dynamic, high energy professional

Skills in computer systems and applications

Ability to gather and analyze data and to research and prepare basic reports

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Organized, flexible, and reliable

Ability to communicate effectively

Fluent English and Chinese language skills are required

1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or advance degree in healthcare or related field
