Job Description

·？？？？？？ On-site Technical Support for IPB/ESP ？in BYD.

·？？？？？？ Clarify customer inquiry for technical solution.

·？？？？？？ Trouble shooting on-site for the issues during development and field issue.

·？？？？？？ Perform on-site SW testing .

·？？？？？？ Investigate issues happened on Customer side and do first analysis.

·？？？？？？ Summary issue info and communicate with the internal team to make issue clear and give customer feedback our plan for next step.

Support project team on sample handling, track project status

Qualifications

? Be familiar with Vehicle Can Net and Diagnosis

? Be good at communcating with customers

? Be familiar with procedure of SW testing

? Be familiar with plant system

? Know basic info of General Assembly

汽车电子事业部的电子产品向客户提供了更好的乘员安全保证、驾驶辅助功能，提升驾乘舒适性。底盘控制系统为中国市场提供创新的主动安全系统，包括ABS防抱死制动系统，TCS牵引力控制系统和ESP电子稳定程序。底盘制动系统为中国市场提供先进的制动产品，包括前后单双缸盘式制动器， 真空助力器和制动主缸。汽车多媒体事业部的产品覆盖车载导航系统，娱乐系统以及仪表盘产品。ATMO事业部作为博世内部供应商，提供生产装配系统及专用设备，设计和组装完整的机器及生产线。

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
