Key Responsibilities

1.Build up professional working environment base on EHS requirements;
2.Work out production technical documents including BOM and routine, design fixture and special tool, evaluate man hour;
3.Deal with various problems in the workshop and guide operators;
4.Efficency improvement and cost reduction by cutting optimum, tooling and fixture improvement, SMED and layout design;
5.Sustain improvement, support localization project and process SOP &WI;
6.Support relevant departments.


Key Skills and Experience

1.University degree majoring in mechanical or similar;
2.With solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience;
3.Master CNC programming in particular macro program and operation;
lMaster MS-office and CAD software, CAM is preferred;
4.Independent, trustworthy, open mind and team working;
5.Good English oral & written ability and be able to understand technical English.
