DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Own and manage the sales of Phenomenex products, ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals

· Work with account managers, sales managers, marketing and technical to develop and implement sales plans, drive business growth

· Identify new business opportunities, conduct product sales strategy, new product go-to-market plan, sales training and relative events to support business growth

· Conduct on-site product demonstrations and/or technical seminars with regards to chromatography related products and services

· Act as a bridge between sales and marketing

· Have a positive attitude, be a team player, and strive to learn and contribute to company culture

· Complete assigned learning plan

· Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/or management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science required, advanced degree is a plus.

· At least 2 years of Experience in Sales

· Extensive knowledge of HPLC and SPE production

· Extremely skilled in the art of negotiation and problem solving

· Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion

· Requires analytical thinking and presenting ideas

· Able to work with minimum supervision

· Good command of English writing and speaking skill
