职位描述
Key Result Area:
? CTG communication & implementation in Region
? Support customer branch business in region
? Regional / local core assortment development by working close with ROM
? Local market needs & store requirements
? Collect and validate local market pricing by visiting & store survey and feedback to HO
? Communicate service / sales tools in region & store
? Coach service / sales tools correct implementation in region & store and improve by feedback
? Communicate TGM strategy to region & store & feedback region response to HO
? Train & coach customer branch knowledge to store FF team & Ops team
? Organize CFT in region (RTGM, ROM, Ops)
? NSO support (local assortment, pricing, training & coach, etc)
Personal Qualification:
? Minimum of 5 years of operational, management level experience within or related to assigned segments, from an upscale, full service organization
? University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with a specialisation in Marketing or related subjects
? University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience
? Substantial experience within the company in customer management and segments related services
? Expertise and intuition in marketing, market development and the customer
? Excellent expertise in people management
? Entrepreneurial and customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Metro Cash & Carry business
? A hands on Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills
? High ability to understand and implement strategies and concepts
? High expertise in Change Management and to align people to changes and new strategies
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
? Ability to use computer, office programs and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
